I just wanted to tell you how thrilled we are with the two mattresses we purchased. We got the basic innerspring for my teenaged son, and the quality is amazing. Firm and comfortable, best of all completely non-toxic. The fabric covering is rich and gorgeous. I'm so happy to have a two-sided mattress with no memory foam that's a normal height and thickness -- impossible to find at regular stores. I feel so good about what my son is sleeping on.
For my nearly 300 pound husband, who was beginning to have back pain from the 4 year old Stearns and Foster non-turn innerspring which had developed a sag (though not enough to satisfy the warranty), I purchased a three-layer latex. This has been a revelation. We got all three layers extra firm, and yet there is still a certain softness and give to the surface, which makes it extremely comfortable. It accommodates my husband's weight perfectly - no longer do I roll down towards his 'hole". Back pain gone.
I love, love, love the lower profile of the mattress - and I love the completely non-toxic, smell-free natural materials. The wool/cotton cover is sturdy and breathable, also handsome, as is the brilliant custom box spring.
Recently my husband returned from a business trip where he stayed at a couple of high-end hotels - one a Hemsley, one a Ritz Carlton- he said he was starting to get back pain again! Couldn't wait to get back to "that new mattress".
I was amazed that you and your helpers were able to cart off that old tank of a Stearns and Foster. The delivery couldn't have been smoother.
Mattresses of this quality are going for twice or three times what yours cost - I know, I researched for months. I will always purchase mattresses from you in the future. An excellent experience all around.

Just wanted to let you know that we LOVE the bed. Thank you so much for working with us, and forbidding me to leave the house to try out your mattress when I told you I was pregnant. The extra service was much appreciated! Now that I'm 30 weeks along with the triplets, there aren't many ways to get comfortable, but sleeping in the bed has been NO problem. We also love the blanket and the mattress pad. We're looking forward to many years of comfortable sleep, well as much as we can possibly get with three babies on the way!

Hi there! I was finally able to arrange for local delivery & received this morning. The local company had me inspect the packaging, both sealed and unsealed, upon arrival right @ the truck (they were able to find parking right in front of my building!). There were no visible problems. They carried the unpacked items to my apartment, assembled the bed frame and even placed my new organic mattress set that was up against a nearby wall on the frame.
Perfect fit. Love, love, love the height of bed from floor to top of mattress, and the height of the upholstered headboard, which is comfy to lean back against. The natural herringbone pattern came out beautifully with no visible seams on the upholstered portions of the frame. The quality is evident and I am proud to own this piece of American craftsmanship from Amish country.
And of course, I don't smell any off-gassing from new artificial materials, just a slight "new fabric" smell from the organic upholstery, and your nose has to be, literally, right next to the fabric to notice. No allergic reactions.

Well, you've outdone yourself with this beautiful and practical dog bed that arrived today! Wynonna jumped into it before I could even completely get it out of the box! She did a happy dance running around on top of the latex pillow and throwing herself up against the side of the bed with a goofy grin on her impish little face. The cat walked over and checked it out while Wynonna was doing the happy dance. It's really a work of art.
